Ops actually kan mcm2 citer i nak pen but 1st thing 1st, i nak share this resipi Kicap Ayam Berempah, its suppose to be Daging kicap berempah since pat rumah tak ada daging so i tukarkan ke ayam lah, its so easy and i finish preparing it within 1 hour, sebenarnya boleh abis cepat but kena interference from my princess nak gi toilet bab tu lah 1 hour, ok here goes the resipi:

Bahan
Ayam
Bawang kecil
Bawang putih
Halia
Lada Hitam
Jintan Halus & Kasar
Cili Kering (all these items kisar)
Kicap Manis
Tomato Sos
Kentang - potong wedges and marinate ngan kunyit serbuk & garam - goreng
Tomato - potong wedges
Bawang Besar - potong ring - boleh goreng dulu kalau rajin but as for me i masukkan je, shortcut
Daun ketumbar

Cara
Tumis bahan kisar hingga wangi dan garing. Kemudian masukkan kicap manis and tomato sos dan tumis lagi seketika. Masukkan ayam dan masak hingga ayam empuk, masukkan garam (sikit je tau sebab kicap & tomato sos dah contain salt) and gula dan rasakan cukup perisa pas tu masukkan kentan, tomato & bawang besar, kacau sekejap last skali masukkan daun ketumbar, tutup api dah siap. Simple kan and sedap.

Last week was a hectic week for me, keje opis belambak and not to mention keje rumah pun nak kena buat and last Thursday my mil pulak down, tak sihat so my DH cuti on Thursday and me pulak on Friday. Ya ampun penat giler, bangun mcm biasa kul 5.30, send my girl to school pas tu rush home to prepare breakfast for my mil, straight away masak lunch for my girl sambil-sambil kemas dapur, siap masak turun bawah to fetch my girl. Feed her lunch and kemas the whole house pulak and gedebak-gedebuk keje siap right aft zohor, hai enjin on terus lepas solat zohor i put my girl to take her noon nap and i pun apalagi sekaki lah. Hai i got a taste how is it like to be a full time home maker, i don't think i can fit the bill sebab mcm brain dead gitu duduk pat rumah sal tak sempat nak read newspaper or surf net cause my mind kp on focusing to finishing all the housework.

Saturday i kena masuk office sebab i nak kena pay back the time off yang i dah amik and i brought along my little princess skali. She enjoy it tremendously and so did i, my DH send us here but balik we both take the train and bus home, it was fun. Ok i tampalkan gambar my baby enjoying herself at my office but pardon the background eh berserak.

Dah penat keje, dancing to the tune of Wonder Girls on U-Tube

This weekend is a May dah weekend but i ada 3 jemputan to go to, urgh..... honestly now i am looking forward to go for a short trip, any where to release my stress but where eh.........

Weekend & Roti B

Ok boss tak ada dah keluar meeting so dpt lah berblogging jap. Dah lama juga kan i tak menciter about my cooking or culinary activities, ceh bah mcm lah i ni pro sangat, but sikit-sikit tu boleh lah. Well its because i masak biasa-biasa je tak ada yang extra-ordinary nya dishes and usually kalau i masak pun its during weekend when my mil nya resting day kalau weekdays nya cooking lagi simple.

Sabtu lalu i masak, ayam masak merah and taugeh goreng, simple kan but i luper pulak nak tangkap gambor lauk ayam i. But smlm my mil ada project dia nak buat roti boyan or nama glamour roti b. Kalau sesiapa yang tak tau roti b ni apa, its actually sama mcm epok2 cuma inti nya its from kentang yang direbus and the shape is bulat. Agn i lupa nak tangkap gambor but mcm mana lah i nak amik gambar tu while i'm doing it. Tak pe lah, instead of picture i tampalkan the resipi nya.

Bahan:
Crust
Tepung 1 kg
Air suam 400ml
Minyak 100 ml (kalau nak lagi sedap, u may use olive oil, kalau tak ada any type of oil pun boleh)
1 sudu teh garam
1 sudu teh gula
1 sudu teh baking powder.

Mix all the above ingredients and uli hingga boleh dibentukkan.

Filling
1 kilo kentang
telur 4 biji
2 or 3 biji bawang besar
Daun sup/bawang
Lada putih & garam

Kentang di rebus dengan kulit nya sekali but jgn lupa basuh dulu the kentang yer. Bawang besar di potong dadu, campur ngan garam dan air panas dan ramas-ramas untuk menghilangkan bau bawang mentah kemudian cuci under running water then tapis the excess water. Bila kentang dah empuk, peel the skin and tumbuk halus, kemudian campurkan with the rest of the ingredients.

Take the crust bentukkan bulat then fill with the inti pas tu goreng, dah siap. Selalu nya i kalau buat banyak pas tu i goreng setengah masak kemudian simpan dlm freezer, boleh tahan abt 1 month. The roti b ni sedap kalau makan ngan sambal tumis, phew pegi beb.

Ok lah have to go now keje i dah menunggu and calling my name.

Baby 1st Sports Day

Oh yah i nak citer sikit tentang my little girl's nya sports day which was held on 28.03.2010, it was on a Sunday and it starts at 2.30pm. Initially my girl was overly excited about the event and 2 days before the actual day the school had a rehearsal so the children assemble in school at 12.30pm and they were at CCK stadium from 1.30 to 5.00pm. By the time my girl reaches home is already 5.30pm and muka dia masam mencuka cause she is tired, sleepy, hot and hungry. She told me "I don't want to go to the stadium anymore" and throughout Friday to Saturday she keeps on repeating the same sentence again and again so i pun pelik juga why suddenly her enthusiasm dah hilang.

When the actual day came i was having hard time getting her to dress and ready and terpaksa lah i put on for her home clothes dulu and not in her sports attire and nasib baik she fell asleep in the car and sampai at CCK stadium she was awake and i quickly point towards all her friends and quickly change her to her sports attire and was feeling quite glad that anak i tak nangis when i carry her to her teacher to join her group, ya ampun almost half of the nursery student melalak!! Apa tak ye nya melalak, they were joined by other students from 3 different centres and the weather was really hot on that day and for the young children its normally a nap time for them. So bila nampak other children melalak apa lagi anak i pun join the party lah. I have to kp on assuring her that both my DH and I is outside cheering her. I betul nya salute towards all the teachers, even though ramai budak yang nangis the teachers are still cool and compose they try their best to attend each and every student needs and its not an easy feat, kalau lah i in their shoes i don't think i have the patience to do that. Ok i tampalkan gambar anak i yang masam mencuka on that day.

Anyway it was fun day for us even though she threw up on her teacher after so much of crying and feeling very hot. Immediately inside the car she say "I'm hungry" so we went to JP and makan chicken rice. Our 1st experience attending our precious little girl nya sports day and many more to come.............

It's been awhile

Ya ampun lama benor i tinggal rumah yang 1 ni. Iish, ish dah berabok betul lah. Bukan nya lupa cuma time is very limited. Well my day starts from 5.30am, it's too early in the morning kan, some people masih sedap dibuai mimpi, i dah kena force myself to wake up, mandi, cuci baju, sholat and terus masuk dapur nak kena buang sampah, bersihkan the service balcony which dah penuh ngan cat pooh-pooh & urine and bau dia, mak datok tak leh angkat! then pas tu clear the dishes, tidy up the kitchen area, normally sebelum tido i dah clear but malam slalunya my pak metua or my sil who never clean up after she eats by leaving the remenants there for me to clear. Semua ni i nak kena bereskan sebelum gi keje sebab untuk senangkan mak metua i.

Dah bereskan dapur, i have to wake my DH and bereskan bilik pulak. Nasib baik my DH ada juga tolong I cause i don't need to attend to my little princess semua my DH yang uruskan. From bathing her and getting her dress in her school uniform everything is done by my DH so senang lah sikit kalau tidak i terpekik2 at my daughter to quickly get dress. Semua siap,drop my little princess off at school. Her school starts @ 8am, i will make my move from her school at around 8 and walk all the way to the MRT station and by the time i sampai office exactly at 9.00am sampai lah kul 6.00pm and by the time i reach home is about 7 in the evening and i will have to attend to my girl nya needs and demands and by the time she sleeps at around 10pm i dah pancit i pun tido skali. So my typical day starts from 5.30 and end at about 11pm, huh tu sebab lah rumah ini terbengkalai jap.

As for my little princess she starts her nursery class this year and i have no problem with her crying or tantrum sebab she has gone thru playgroup the year b4 so this year senang sikit lah. The funny things is bukan anak yg nangsi but ibu yg nangis, yup i yg nangis on her 1st day of school. Rasa sedih lah sangat2 sebab cepat nya anak i dah besar and starting her nursery mcm baru smlm je i had her and rasa mcm magic pulak anak i dah besar dah and she has finish her 1st term and now she is on her 2nd term already. Oh skg my little girl is really a chatter box, ada je yg dia nak bualkan and she luv being a princess and i tampalkan gambar my sweet girl with a crown on her head.

Huh tengok tu anak i dah mcm anak dara kan. Ok lah have to go now, dah nak get ready on yr mark to balik dah nih. Jumpa lagi ye and i will try lah slalu -slalu balik kat rumah yg 1 ni.
