A Long Stay @ Home Weekend

Ish rasa nya mcm hari Isnin but actually its a Tuesday. Its been a long weekend stay @ home weekend cause its time of the year again my DH terkena exam fever. So he's been at home since last Wednesday and he will be on leave until 10th May, woi lama tu kan.

Hari Sabtu kemarin kita kluar kejap jer sebab nak do marketing kalau tidak mcm mana i nak masak and that day i kena buat bergedil sebab my mil nya sister nak buat kenduri so my mil nak contribute bergedil so hari sabtu tu dari kul 2.30 petang hingga lah ke pukul 8 malam i bermandi dengan kentang wow penat wow. That day i masak simple jer, mee soto since dah buat bergedil kan. As for Sunday i masak lontong request from my princess. Since both my DH and I tak bring her for any outing i have to make it a fun weekend kan so project nya baking cup cakes so after having our lunch kita kluar gi NTUC to buy all the necessary ingredients and sampai jer rumah tak sabar-sabar terus jer start our baking project. I really enjoy my time with little girl baking and not to mentioned the funny sight or her licking the frosting in between spreading it on the cupcakes, tak per lah kan anak sendiri, yang nak makan pun kita-kita satu family.

The cupcakes does not look so appealing kan but the taste is nice and tak manis to my liking and surprisingly my mil pun cakap sedap and she is the fussy one when comes to baking and terus terang she does not have the confident in me when come to baking and when the cupcakes turns out alright she was surprise and she did mention next time boleh buat lagi, ok lah if u say so.

This weekend I akan buat baking project again with my little darling don't know what to bake yet but its gonna be fun, fun, fun
