Sana sini ngah demam exam, parent yang ada anak disekolah ngah stress due to the exam period. I pun kena the bug juga but i tak stress lah tapi my DH yang stress. He is on exam leave next week and dia dah mengistiharkan yang this weekend and the whole of next week my daughter and I nak kena jagi budak baik i.e kena duduk rumah tak leh nak gi mana-mana lepas exam baru lah abis pantang baru boleh keluar.
Ok juga lah dapat juga rest and laze around at home but si kecik tu sure bising, cause every weekend we make a point to bring her out for an outing regardless near or far but now i ngah crack my head how to keep her occupy and not to disturb her babah. As for tomorrow not so bad ada jemputan so dpt juga anak i keluar kejap. Oh yah my DH agree to send both my in-laws and me to the jemputan but dengan satu syarat, he sit in the car to read his notes, ok lah tu dari i nak keluar naik taxi mana nak pegang my mil and anak i lagi.
Ok lah nak wrap things up here and get myself ready to go home, yup me pat office ari ni, my saturday duty.

I'm Four
Not me lah but my little princess, she turn four on 15.10.2010, phew yo how fast time flies. Macam baru semalam i held her in my arm a tiny little baby and now dah 4 years old and before i know it she will be all grown up, adoi kalau boleh i nak freeze her and don't want her to grow up cause she is so damn cute, cute lah sangat-sangat and she is such a chatter box ada je yang nak dibualkan.
There is no birthday celebration at home but we did have a celebration at her school with her friends one day ahead sebab her birthday fall on Friday and the children cuma ada 2 hrs of lesson so a little bit rushing so we had the party on Thursday instead. I took a day off to spend time with my little princess and that night we brought both my metua out for dinner. On Friday i took half day, fetch my girl from home and then brought her to her father's soccer game followed by a birthday dinner at Swenson with both her godfathers and paid by one of them.
The birthday cake, actually she requested for princess birthday cake but i had hard time to find a cake shop that open early in the morning or to have the cake delivered to my girl school by 9.00 am, nasib baik lah Prima cake shop ada branch which just a five minutes drive from my girl school and it opens at 7.30am so just nice lah i can collect the cake at 8.30 and its a good thing they have pictures ada kena mengena ngan princess even though its not but at least its a pretty girl picture and its in pink colour.

Banyak lagi gambar yg we take but tak kan lah i nak upload semua kan but after her party she has a request, ibu for my next birthday i want to have a birthday party at a pool so my friends can swim with me and don't forget i wants lots and lots of balloons, adoi anak i dah pandai make a request lak but my DH says ok sebab anak i dah faham and will remember her birthday party so InsyaAllah kalau ada rezeki lebih we will have a pool birthday party for her.

This year i manage to control myself, which means i tak nangis lah sebab last year when she celebrate her 3rd birthday with her playgroup classmate i melalak sebab rasa sebak betul tengok anak i dah besar so this year i tell myself dont cry what ever happen dont cry and i did not!

Family
Semalam i menjemput my whole family to my house, itu pun dah kecoh satu kampung. I adik bongu didalam 6 adik beradik so 6 x 2 (spouse) = 12 org, termasuk anak buah 13 semuanya so tak yah nak undang org luar keluarga i dah cukup untuk memenuhkan ruang tamu i.
Both my DH and I nak prepare simple meal so we came up with this menu, pizza, bake pasta and ayam goreng, menu mat salleh ha, ha, ha. Semenjak dua menjak ni my DH pandai betui buat pizza nor, resipi for the pizza base i dpt dari teman blog i LG and its so easy to make, as for bake pasta pulak my italian friend yg ajar i how to make while i was residing in australia dulu-dulu. So tak yah lah remeh temeh untuk tumis-tumis apa rempah or nak slog in the kitchen the whole night long. Aft sholat zohor i rebus my pasta and prepare the sauce pastu potong ayam and marinade dah siap as for my DH pulak dia prepare the dough for 6 pizza and let it rest and get the topping ready, i sempat tido ngan anak I tengahari jap. So bila my family sampai je, i terus masukkan my bake pasta, goreng ayam and my Dh pulak will start preparing the pizza and my family luv it eating it fresh from the oven, panas-panas while the cheese is still melting and dripping, phew yo power......but i lupa nak tangkap gambo, tulah sibuk bake, bake and bake sampai lupa pulak nak amik gambo makanan yg dihidang, hmph biasa lah kan i ni kan terforget selalu....

Acara Memasak - Sarapan
Semalam i masuk gelangang lagi acara memasak, every fortnightly (Friday morning) my opis ada acara bersarapan bersama whereby kita ada group yang akan membeli sarapan untuk everybody, so pagi tadi giliran my team lak. Selalu nya kita order je dari mana-mana kedai lah yg kita suka but this time around ada request untuk i masak rendang ayam kerana the last time i cook this dish for breakfast was last year and since then i tak sempat untuk masak sebab i nak kena sent my little princess to school dulu kan and so coincidentally ari ni my girl tak gi sekolah sebab cause Children Day so bila ada request tu i relented lah, ok lah masak.
My friends over here memang suka benor ngan lauk rendang ayam (versi my Indonesian heritage and not the normal rendang) every time kalau ada kesempatan either i masak for them here or invitation to my house diaorang ni mesti request lauk ni, prebet betul diaorang and they like to eat with bread so kuah nya i nak kena lebihkan lah. Even akak i pernah tanya kelakar nya sarapan pagi makan rendang ayam, gasak lah diaorang yang nak makan.
The last time round i cuma masak 2 paket kepak ayam i.e 4 kilo but this time around dah makin ramai orang so i kena masak 3 paket kepak ayam i.e 6 kilo! untuk 35 orang, i dah macam masak untuk kenduri. Semalam nasib baik lah my mak metua tolong i kisarkan cili kering and also defrost the chicken wing for me kalau tak kul 12 malam pun i tak abis masak lagi so lepas je sholat maghrib i terus masuk dapur and start the cooking and by 10pm i dah abis masak, phew! Pagi tadi i cuma masukkan santan and daun kunyit untuk the final touches. Sampai je @ my opis tadi my boss dah menuggu and he says that he purposely postpone his flight back to China sebab dia nak makan lauk i and alangkah hapi and gembira nya i bila i tengok all friends makan dengan seleranya and licin abis rendang ayam i.
